8.2 Exploring CNS Communities
Community plays an important role in helping us achieve our health goals by providing support, motivation, and accountability. When we spend time with others who share our commitment to the WFPB lifestyle, we benefit from their encouragement and advice. The sense of belonging reinforces our commitment and helps us overcome obstacles. CNS has two wonderful communities to support your journey to more vibrant health. One or both may be just what you need to sustain success. Use the following graphic to help you decide which community will best support your goals.
