You may feel overwhelmed when you create your first Whole Plant Food menu. You may be unfamiliar with some of the ingredients in a recipe, or you may not know how much food to prepare for yourself or your family. Some of the recipes you find may seem alien to you. But there are several things you can do to make the transition easier. Watch the video to get ideas for putting it all together. Then, work through this section to help solidify your knowledge of meal planning.

Completing Section 5 will also help you create your first meal plan, put together your shopping list, and successfully navigate the grocery store with a different outlook on shopping.
