- Continue logging your Exercise Sessions on your Exercise Worksheet.
- Continue implementing your Fitness Component.
- If not completed yet, watch the remaining 1 or 2 short Videos of the series of 14 linked below.
- Track your Fitness Elements by using your TLC Score Card.
Alternatively: Instead of the daily formal exercise routine, give yourself equivalent Fitness Points for going on an extended nature walk/hike during the Sabbath hours (weather permitting). Invite your family and/or some friends to join you.
