For your TLC Program last week (Week #1), you focused on the Faith Component. That is because Faith, or Trust in God, is the most important Health Law -- serving as the foundation of the other 7 Laws of Health.
- Continue implementing the Faith Component of your TLC Program.
- Continue tracking your daily Faith Elements by using your TLC Score Card.
For your TLC Program this week, you will first be introduced to the other 7 Laws of Health. Then you will focus on 1 of those Health Laws each day for 4 days. (Over the 3 weeks after this week, you will focus on each of the remaining 3 Health Laws each week.)
