Visit your local OptiHealth Clinic for your Weekly Assessment, or Do-It-Yourself using the outline below.
Track your Weight Loss
- Every Sunday morning, measure your Weight at the same time using the same scale.
- Record your Sunday morning weight as the End Weight on your Best Weigh Score Card for the previous week.
- Record your same Sunday morning weight as the Start Weight on your Best Weigh Score Card for the next week.
- Track your Weight Loss by up-dating your progress on your Weight & Fitness Graph.
Track your Nutrition
- Every Sunday, take the OptiHealth Nutrition Assessment linked below.
- Determine your WPF Score and record it on your Best Weigh Score Card.
Track your Fitness
- Every Sunday, do the Med-Fit 10-minute Walk/Jog.
- Track your Distance Gain by up-dating your progress on your Weight & Fitness Graph.
Track your Best Weigh Program
- Every day, fill-in your daily scores on your weekly Best Weigh Score Card as accurately as you can.
- Every Sunday, total your scores and use the values to submit your Progress Report. (See below.)
Go to your OptiHealth Club's Home Page and submit: 1) Your weekly Best Weigh Progress Report, and 2) Your weekly New Directions Report. (Click My Account and select #1.)
