Every Sunday, start fresh using the Tracking forms linked below.
Our weekly Score Card & Nutrition Log are quick and easy tools for recording 1) Your adherence to your Best Weigh Plan, and 2) What you eat and drink throughout the week. By completing these forms day-by-day during your 10-week Program, you will not only get a more accurate Assessment of your progress, you will also clearly see what you can do to improve your lifestyle -- particularly your food choices -- for achieving your optimal health.
1. Every day, keep score of how well (or not) you are Implementing your Best Weigh Plan.
2. Every day, record the servings of WPF and Non-WPF that you eat and drink.
At the end of the week (the next Sunday), Review your Score Card & Nutrition Log from the previous week to 1) Assess your progress, and 2) Know how you might want to modify your Plan for the week ahead.
As you are using these Tracking forms day-by-day, remember to also do the other Best Weigh Assignments for the week.
