Orientation

Preparing for your Best Weigh Program is critical for your success. The assignments listed below introduce the tools and processes that you can use to get the results you want. This orientation takes about two weeks to complete. Be diligent and be thorough -- as if you are a surgeon preparing for a major operation to excise the first 10-20 pounds of fat for your ongoing body transformation. Your personal OptiHealth Coach will work with you closely to make sure you get ready for Week #1 and off to a great start!
